Shipping Policy
We are proud to offer fast processing and shipping on all orders. We currently ship throughout the United States.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery based on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Please allow additional transit time for deliveries to remote areas, PO Boxes, and during peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items in your cart and your delivery destination.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized or custom-made products, and items marked as final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after it was approved, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item over a certain value, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
